Job Title:
Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our freindly team at Roslea Surgery.

This is a part-time role to cover core surgery hours between 8am - 1pm Tueday, Wedneday and Thursday - there may be some flexibility on hours, so if you have any concerns please dont hesitate to contact us.


Duties:

  • Greet and checkin patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
  • Responsible for dealing with messages from patients/clinicians or external bodies. To take appropriate action where required
  • Safe handling of patient files, maintaining confidentiality at all times

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
