This is a 180-degree recruitment role, the focus will be on sourcing for applicants within the Healthcare Sector for permanent opportunities and setting up interviewswith Hiring Managers.


About the role

  • You will be sourcing for a wide range of permanent opportunities within the Healthcare Sector, for roles such as HCAs, Nurses, Trainers, Recruiters, Registered Managers.
  • Using a variety of tools to direct source, network and build relationships within the healthcare sector.
  • Applicant mapping.
  • This is a targeted role, so you will be selfdriven and able to work autonomously.

About you

  • You will have a minimum of 1 year's recent recruitment experience.
  • Ideally will have experience within the healthcare market.
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for recruitment.
  • Strong IT skills able to use the latest technology in order to support your natural recruitment skills.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

What's on offer for the Recruiter role?

  • Our client will offer you a salary of £25,000 depending on experience.
  • 37.5 hours per week Mon to Fri 9am 5pm.
