The Role:

Join our team as a Caretaker to assist the Facilities Team in a Further Education College. Your responsibilities include maintaining campus facilities' cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Tasks involve cleaning classrooms, halls, and facilities, minor repairs, waste management, and ensuring building security.

This position covers long-term sickness absence.

Our Client:

Our client, rated GOOD by OFSTED, is a major North England education provider, serving about 11,000 students yearly across 5 campuses. They cultivate a supportive atmosphere, encouraging staff professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS record
  • Estates/Facilities experience
  • Basic construction skills (e.g., carpentry, CSCS)
