This position is ideal for someone dedicated to enhancing performance, paying close attention to detail, and providing exceptional service to customers and stakeholders.

This role offers the flexibility of working from home with occasional travel to the Harrogate office and other locations for face-to-face meetings and training sessions.


What you will be responsible for:
  • Manage course scheduling and the Learning Management System.
  • Organize webinars and virtual classrooms for a top-notch delegate experience.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and provide solutions.
  • Keep accurate records and use data analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Assist in planning and executing training events, including administration.
  • Support apprentices and coordinate their learning activities.

We seek individuals with strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record in virtual learning design and delivery.
