Our client is a well-established and successful water treatment/hygiene company, and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced and competent Water Hygiene Engineer/Remedial Plumber to work on a variety of contracts in and around the Birminghamarea.

The ideal applicant will come from a strong water hygiene background with experience undertaking a variety of duties including TMV servicing, water sampling and temperature monitoring.

Applications from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, and the surroundingareas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:
Experience in carrying out water hygiene duties in line with ACOP L8 guidelines.
Will hold Plumbing qualifications NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Proficient IT skills including competency using MS Office.

Postholder responsibilities:
Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems, and cooling towers.
Carry out analysis on closed systems.
Repair, replace and servicing of TMV's, and Showerheads.
Comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
Carry out any remedial legionella/plumbing work.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
