Job Responsibilities:

Production Duties:
- Efficiently and accurately perform crimping tasks

Soldering:
- Precisely solder components into buckets

Cable Assembly:
- Assemble cables according to given specifications

Quality Assurance:

Technical Drawings:
- Understand technical drawings for precise assembly

Safety Standards:
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines

Quality Control:
- Ensure the quality of work done

Testing:
- Conduct tests on cable assemblies for functionality

Reporting:
- Provide job/task updates to the line manager and flag any possible issues

Problem Solving:
- Resolve assembly-related problems

Reworking:
- Modify assemblies as necessary to meet quality standards

Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean workspace for a safe environment

Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in cable assembly and soldering.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality commitment.
- Good problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Contract Details:

Duration:
- Initial contract for 4-6 months, with possible extension based on demand

Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay Rates:
PAYE: Up to £15.00 per hour

Umbrella: Up to £20.00 per hour
