Service Coordinator
  • Contract Type: Maternity Cover (approx months with potential for permanent)
  • Location: Initially office-based, transitioning to remote work

We are looking for a diligent Service Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover contract that may lead to a permanent position for the right individual. This role is pivotal in supporting a growing sector of our company, calling for a professional with outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing the workload of our HVAC, mobile heating, chiller, and AC engineers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the weekly engineer schedule and allocate visits.
  • Issue service reports upon job completion and provide customer quotations.
  • Schedule subcontractor visits and aid in updating monthly service reports.
  • Maintain the planner per site, process purchase orders.
  • Authorize supplier invoices and manage incoming calls.
  • Update the CRM system, establish new customer accounts.
  • Engage in regular phone and email correspondence with the internal team, subcontractors, customers, and end-users.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the HVAC or Energy sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in managing inbound customer calls and service inquiries.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Solid background in administrative duties and process-driven assignments.
  • Excellent communication abilities and acute attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on excellent service delivery.
