Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic International Finance Assistant to join our team and contribute to ME+EMS success on the international stage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the financial accounting and reporting activities of all US Subsidiaries within the ME+EM Group.
  • Manage and perform US Returns checks with third party vendors to verify returns and refunds processes.
  • Oversee and manage US Sales Tax compliance.
  • Assist with Intercompany financial transactions and reconciliations.
  • Assist with the US Store Finance Processes; Petty cash etc.
  • Maintain US Daily Store Reports and US Online Sales Reports.
  • Conduct US Bank Reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and properly recorded.
  • Maintain reconciliation of stock movements. Support further international growth and other key projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
