Position: Pastoral Head of Year (Assistant Achievement Coordinator)

Hodge Hill College is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as the Pastoral Head of Year, assisting in student welfare and academic progress. Collaborating closely with the Achievement Coordinator, you will be pivotal in enhancing pastoral strategies and leading a designated year group.

  • Provide guidance and support to students
  • Monitor attendance, attainment, behavior, and punctuality
  • Act as a primary contact for parents
