Fixed Term Contract Duration: 1 year in the first instance, potential to be extended.

Vacancy Hours: 5 hours per week Term Time Only. 0.18 FTE 2 afternoons per week, Wednesday, and Thursday. (possibly 3 afternoons)

Support the Senior Forest School Leader and the team of staff by:

  • Delivering the Forest Schools sessions to a classes of children.
  • Contributing to the planning within Forest School.
  • Ensuring relevant equipment is ready for the beginning of each Forest School session.
  • Monitoring the standard and condition of equipment, informing the Senior FS Leader when items need replacing or repairing.
  • Ensuring the pupil clothing is washed and dried and the equipment is kept organised.
  • Making observations and assessments of pupil learning within Forest School.
  • Leading enthusiastically and embracing the Forest School ethos in FS sessions.
