A well-established, vibrant, and welcoming school nursery, providing high-quality care and early years education to children aged 2-4 years, is seeking a permanent Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.

Job Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in:
- Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for the children.
- Planning and implementing a range of creative activities to promote the development of each child in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Observing and assessing children's development, maintaining accurate records of progress.
- Working closely with parents and carers, sharing updates on children's progress.
- Supporting the team to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of the children.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to childcare and education.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
