We currently have two exciting opportunities for Senior HR Business Advisers (1 x permanent full time and 1 x maternity cover up to 12 months fixed term full time) to join our collaborative, supportive and customer focused HR/OD team.


Working at one of the largest councils in the country, you will work with a variety of services to support and enable our managers to achieve their business outcomes so they can deliver to the people of Kent.


As an experienced HR Adviser, you will be confident in operating in a consultancy/advisory capacity and be able to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation to deliver business focused solutions.

You will be able to interpret employment legislation and internal policies and procedures for both managers and external partners.
