The post holder will assist Nurses, Midwives, Operating Department Practitioners and Health Care Assistants to access relevant education and continuing professional development alongside Education & Development Facilitators, which supports clinically effective patient care and assures positive patient experience.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The post holder will work under the direction of Head of Education and Development and support from Education & Development Facilitators by following the Health Board's protocols, policies, procedures, pathways, clinical governance requirements to plan, assist and administer regular teaching programmes pan BCU inclusive of delivery of
cannulation and venepuncture training and assessment in practice.
