Huddersfield, Kirklees, United Kingdom University of Huddersfield Full time
Job description

Permanent, 37 hours per week
We are looking to recruit a Registry Officer (Quality Assurance) to join our Quality Assurance team in Registry.

Supporting the Senior Registry Officers, you will have excellent customer service skills and ensure robust statutory compliance, supporting users across the University with the institution's curriculum management system.

You will be expected to contribute to the full range of Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QAE) activities and events supported by Registry.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of QAE mechanisms and regulations, working closely with our academic schools, ensuring that colleagues across the University are supported with relevant QA training and advice.

Educated to degree level, or with significant equivalent work experience, you will have strong collaborative, teamwork and organisational skills, together with the ability to liaise with a wide range of staff at all levels.

We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
