This position plays a pivotal role in driving the business's growth and expansion.nYou will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers and promoting our comprehensive suite of cranes and lifting products and services.
The opportunity:
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our market presence and increase revenue within the designated territory.nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building.nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, preferences and challenges.nServe as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to address customer requirements.nCollaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials, presentations and campaigns to showcase our products and services.nPrepare and present proposals, quotations and contract negotiations in collaboration with the sales team.nMonitor sales activities, track performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales forecasts, market trends and competitive analysis.
A demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.nProven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within the crane and lifting industry.nA results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.nA strong understanding of crane and lifting equipment products, applications and market dynamics (desirable).nExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
