Early Years Support Worker - Make a Difference at Camden Children's Centres

Location:
Northwest London - Camden (Children's Centres)

Salary:
Competitive, up to £19 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:


Do you have a passion for supporting young children and their families? Are you excited to join a rewarding role within Camden Children's Centres? Quint Education is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Early Years Support Workers to join our team.


What you'll do:

  • Work collaboratively with children and families in Children's Centre settings, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Offer personalized support to children with additional needs, working alongside a team of professionals.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing guidance and resources.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the Children's Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with home visits and participate in outreach activities.
  • Support with toileting, changing, and mobility needs.
  • Implement individual movement programs under professional guidance.
  • Assist with basic first aid and comfort children when needed.

You're a great fit if:

  • You hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years education.
  • You have experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • You possess a genuine passion for children's wellbeing and development.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • You hold a clean DBS check and have contactable references.
