We are currently seeking a VAT Manager or Senior Manager to join our expanding VAT team either part-time or full-time. The role involves managing a growing client portfolio, offering VAT advisory and compliance services across different industry sectors.
The chosen candidate will have the chance to advance their career at Andersen.
Requirements:
- Qualified CTA, ACA or equivalent with 1-2 years PQE.
- Strong skills in project management.
- In-depth knowledge of indirect tax, especially VAT, and its interactions with other taxes.
- Ability to apply VAT knowledge to identify risks.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to explain complex tax issues clearly to various audiences.
- Aptitude for leading client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Experience in both practice and industry is advantageous.
The Role:
- Primarily focused on VAT advisory, assisting clients with intricate VAT issues across diverse industries.
- Responsible for managing VAT compliance and audits for clients.
- Supporting client relationships and new business development.
