Core responsibilities as a Business Development Team Leader include:

  • Conducting 1-2-1 sessions with team members and holding regular meetings
  • Handling customer escalations that reach manager level
  • Monitoring customer calls to ensure adherence to protocols
  • Seeking innovative ways to enhance team performance
  • Managing the team's call activities, setting achievable targets and KPIs
  • Motivating the team through incentives, rewards, and recognition
  • Driving sales performance
