Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
  • Support the implementation of care plans under the supervision of senior staff
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records using IT systems
  • Provide emotional support to residents and their families
  • Assist in creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver highquality care

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable
  • Valid driving license to facilitate resident transportation when needed
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents
  • Basic IT skills to record and update patient information accurately
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from senior staff
  • Must have previous experience in a GP Surgery

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week
