We're seeking a Reward and Recognition Officer to assist in crafting and executing the organization's reward and recognition strategy. Your role will involve engaging our workforce on pay policies, benefits, and job evaluation to facilitate the attraction and retention of top talent. By skillfully managing and analyzing HR data, you will provide valuable insights to coach various stakeholders and influence policies, processes, and working methods.
