As a successful Electrical Engineer specialized in critical environments, here's what you'll do:

- Have a strong desire and capability to learn, grow, and develop new skills
- Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center activities
- Ensure service uptime is maintained at the highest standards and that faults are dealt with in a timely manner
- Work with design, construction, and commissioning teams to integrate new electrical distribution systems to existing data center
- Be an electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for on-site operations related to mission-critical electrical systems
- Act as the technical authority for on-site operations related to large-scale mission-critical electrical systems
- Support operational optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

- BS in Electrical, Industrial, or Process Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in defining, designing, and operating data center critical infrastructure
- Demonstrated record of innovation and influence in the data center space
- Deep understanding of data center electrical systems architecture

Preferred qualifications (not required):
- Strong experience with the operation and maintenance of building electrical systems
- Established understanding of electrical theory and practical application via maintenance and operation of critical electrical equipment
- Strong understanding of distributed and block redundant electrical distribution architecture
- Practical experience with building management systems and automation

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing new sites and proposed fit-out designs
- Ensuring striping plans are accurate and fail-over designs are compliant
- Developing digitized electrical models
- Supporting supplier whitespace fit-out
- Ensuring documentation is captured, stored, referenced, and shared with field engineering and operation teams
- Supporting engineering investigations into large-scale events
- Supporting field engineering teams
