As a Customer Service & Returns Assistance, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Managing Customer Returns:
- Booking in
- Testing
- Processing
- Returning to the customer
- Aiding in other areas of the business when required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Good experience with Microsoft Excel
