The Faculty of Media & Communication at Bournemouth University is one of the largest of its kind in the world and has a global reputation for its media courses.

As a member of the Technical Support Group within the Faculty of Media and Communications you will be working in technology rich media environment supporting the provision of professional broadcast equipment and facilities.

The role is predominately Staff and Student focused being 'front of house' resolving queries with resource bookings, allocations and production schedules.

You will need to be competent with handling small items of media equipment, be able to learn quickly, multi-task under pressure, process information presented on a variety of platforms and deliver front line excellent service.


This position is available part-time for 22.5 hours per week.

This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service's Points Based System
. Therefore, BU will not be able to sponsor individuals who require permission to work to carry out this position.
