What you'll be doing


As a Resource & Scheduling Co-ordinator you'll be working in a team of like minded colleagues who consistently work hard to support our operational teams.

You'll perform a range of admin tasks and will be responsible for the day to day scheduling of work, using your knowledge to manage and plan digital diaries.

Talking to our customers, colleagues and contractors will keep you busy and you'll be able to build some great relationships.


We provide in-house training, so you'll learn alongside members of the team, enabling you to deliver specialist support to our operational teams.


About you
You'll have experience working in a busy team and not be daunted by a fast pace. Ideally you will have worked in a customer focused environment and will understand how important customer service is. You'll be confident using Microsoft packages and will have previously used databases. You'll love getting things right, whilst being happy to adapt to changing situations.

Building strong working relationships will be one of your strengths and this will be extremely helpful in this role.


You can choose to work between home and the office, the team do have face to face meetings on a regular basis.
