- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and working with computerized systems
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) or similar productivity tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documents
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Office Administrator will be required to work on-site at our office location.
