About the position:

  • Sytner Maidenhead is seeking a welcoming and enthusiastic Part-Time Weekend Receptionist/Host to join our exceptional Welcome team.
  • As a Sytner Host, you'll have the chance to exude your passion for our brand daily, enveloping customers in the BMW world.
  • Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, guiding them to the appropriate department, and providing refreshments.
  • You will also handle incoming calls and ensure swift connections to the right department.
  • This role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays for a total of 13 hours per week, with the possibility of covering holidays on weekdays.

About You:

  • You will serve as the initial point of contact over the phone for our clients and guests, hence a warm and cheerful demeanor with efficient call transfer skills is crucial.
  • You will proactively enhance the showroom experience for visitors, aiming for a uniquely personalized service for each customer.
  • We are looking for a proactive communicator who can collaborate with management and dealership teams, innovate in creating experiences, and show initiative to delight customers.
  • Strong organizational, preparation skills, and a genuine attention to detail are essential to anticipate and fulfill customer needs.
