Job Advert

Cordwallis Group are seeking a personable and friendly showroom host/receptionist who will provideFront of House Reception to greet all customers who enter our building maintaining our brand standards.
- Maintain showroom standards in the customer waiting area and provide customers with a great experience.
- Answer all incoming telephone enquiries in a professional manner and forward to the relevant departments (full training provided).
- Assist and support the administration function and enhance the customer experience in all departments.

You must have:

- Excellent written and verbal English Language and be a great communicator
- Experience in all Microsoft Packages including Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Great telephone manner and "can do attitude"
- Have a bubbly personality and be well presented/customer centric
- Able to multitask and think on your feet

Duties Include:

- To ensure messages are passed and received when calls are not connected.
- To offer beverages and ensure waiting customers feel welcome and looked after.
- To ensure all areas are presentable and maintain customer waiting area and kitchen.
- To assist administration and stationary ordering as and when required
- To administer fuel receipts and postal communications
- To assist in administration of marketing, aftersales, parts and sales.
- To monitor and order stationary/beverages as and when required for all sites
- To liaise and work with all areas of the business to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and exceeded
- Contribute to a positive team performance whilst working on personal benchmarks to optimise personal performance
- Aftersales follow up call to improve CSS.
