We're looking for a BusinessDevelopment Manager to join us at The Timber Group - Maidstone

As a Business Development Manager, you will be working as part of a friendly & highly motivated sales team, your main responsibilities will be recognising business opportunities and developing sales in your designated region and for The Timber Group as a whole.

Here's what you can expect to do as a Business Development Manager with The Timber Group:

  • Manage and develop business profitably from our established customer base.
  • Convert dormant to established trading accounts.
  • Generate new business through existing contacts, construction lead websites, cold calls etc.
  • Provide exceptional customer service & build long lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Promote The Timber Groups full range of products to maximise sales & margin.
  • Meet turnover, profit margin and new account business targets as an individual.

We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you'll need to succeed as a BusinessDevelopment Manager but you will need to be someone who's self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, reliable and ambitious. If you have experience working in a similar role within the timber industry that would also be an advantage.
