The Role:


As a Band - HCA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the guidance and supervision of registered nurses.

Your main aim will be to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients during their stay at our facility.

In this temporary position, you will be required to start on 04/03/2024 and end on 04/03/2024. Your shift will begin at 13:30:00 and end at 20:15:00. You will be compensated with a payment rate of £70.34 per shift.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Band - HCA, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the personal care needs of patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Assisting with the mobility of patients, including transfers and repositioning.
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  • Assisting with the delivery of meals and ensuring patients are adequately nourished.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide holistic care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience working as a Healthcare Assistant.
