What will I do?
Helping to create memorable experiences for our Guests by driving amazing experiences in our shops and Fastrack units

Supporting with people management; and acting as Duty Manager.

Work alongside other departments from the resort to fulfil operational requirements.

Work with one of our Retail & Fastrack Managers to support the daily operation of our units

  • Ability to drive initiatives, motivate and coach team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment for the team you support
  • Someone who can build relationships with their direct team, the wider resort and our suppliers when required
  • Prepared to be the face of the department, ready to help us promote it to the wider resort
  • Good IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office (including Teams); with the ability to learn systems and new processes quickly where required additional systems training will be provided
  • Reasonable level of numeracy and literacy is required
