A strong background in deep learning libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow is essential. Additionally, you should have demonstrable Python skills, including Jupyter Notebooks coding and the ability to write production-ready code like a Flask API. Experience with Version Control software like git is preferred.

The ideal candidate can extract insights from data, collaborate with operational stakeholders to propose machine learning solutions, and build models to realize benefits. Knowledge of PySpark for processing extensive data, especially with Databricks, is advantageous. Familiarity with insurance claims data is a bonus but not obligatory.
