Your Move Skelmersdale are looking for a
Part time Accompanied Viewer to join the Sales and Lettings team.
- This branch is part of
National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Must be reliable, be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Attending and carrying out accompanied viewings at owners properties
- Gaining viewing feedback and passing this on back to the branch.
- Canvassing
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
- The person will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations with a trusted and friendly approach
- Full Training will be provided.
The days/hours required will 1 week day every week, and a regular Saturday 10-2pm. Hours may vary according to business needs. 10 hrs roughly each week.
- Job Types: Parttime, Zero hours contract
- Salary: £10.42 per hour
