Accompanied Viewer

**Your Move Skelmersdale **are looking for a **Part time Accompanied Viewer** to join the Sales and Lettings team.

This branch is part of **National Home Move** who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

**Must be reliable, be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.**

Key responsibilities include:

- Attending and carrying out accompanied viewings at owners properties
- Gaining viewing feedback and passing this on back to the branch.
- Canvassing
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
- The person will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations with a trusted and friendly approach
- Full Training will be provided.

**The days/hours required will 1 week day every week, and a regular Saturday 10-2pm. Hours may vary according to business needs. 10 hrs roughly each week.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

- Weekend availability
