My client is looking for an interim Finance Assistant on an initial 3-month temporary basis with an option to go permanent.


The main responsibilities of the Finance Assistant are:

  • Processing invoices on a daily basis
  • Handling complex data from a variety of sources around the organisation and ensuring it is accurately inputted into the system.
  • Data entry to ensure income is processed on a timely basis.

My client is looking for:

  • Previous experience in processing multiple invoices.
  • Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills
  • Ensure compliance with policies for all payments
  • Assisting with reconciliations as directed.


My client can offer 3 days a week in the office and the rest worked remotely, a strong option of going permanent and a great experience to increase your knowledge within the not-for-profit sector.
