We are looking to appoint a Health and Safety Coordinator who will report directly into the QHSE Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative services to the QHSE Manager
  • Assist the QHSE Manager to make improvements and implement required changes
  • Assist the QHSE Manager to liaise with external agencies in relation to health and safety matters
- ensure compliance to applicable codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with your work
  • Assist with the inductions of new employees and associated paperwork
  • Issuing of PPE to new starters.

You will need:

  • Good level of English
  • Experience in this type of job role minimum of 1 years experience and hold IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum
  • An understanding of health and safety issues and how a health and safety team works
  • Integrity and honesty in all dealings
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Experience of office software (Word, Outlook, Excel)
