The Senior Home Care worker will have responsibility for care managing customers care needs and supervision of Home Care Workers within a designated geographical area, as designated by the Team Manager.


The Senior Home Care worker will provide support to the Team managers and assistance to ensure that the service provided reflects the needs and requests of those we support.

The primary role of the Senior Home Care worker is to provide direct care and support to service users and supervision and support to home care staff.

There will be occasions when the Senior Home Care worker will also undertake home care reviews /assessments, scheduling and participate in quality assurance measures relevant to the service and undertake Support and supervisions and annual appraisals.

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 37 per week

Salary:
£11.50 per hour

  • Inverclyde West: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
