As a Carefound Home Care team member, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized support and care in the comfort of their own homes.

Our Care Assistant role offers a competitive salary of £13.60 to £15.20 per hour, including paid travel time, as well as a mileage allowance of 45p per mile. You'll also enjoy flexible or guaranteed hours contracts, double time on bank holidays, and instant access to your pay.

As a Carefound Home Care Professional, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role. Our in-house induction program includes a £330 pay on completion, and we offer further training opportunities to help you advance your career.
