We're working with one of the UK's leading online marketplaces that's on an ambitious journey to grow and strengthen its position in the market.

Pivotal to the 5-year plan is a Growth Director who can roll up their sleeves and directly drive and influence the company's growth trajectory through creative and data-driven approaches.

If you're a marketing leader with experience delivering growth initiatives in marketplaces, this role is for you

What you'll be doing:-

  • Strategise and oversee the implementation of innovative growth initiatives across multiple channels
  • Lead data-driven optimisation of growth strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Drive product development and marketing integration based on comprehensive market analysis
  • Utilise advanced analytics and testing methodologies to accelerate growth and enhance decision-making processes

What you'll need:-

  • 7-10 years Performance or Growth Marketing experience
  • Experience growing the supply side of a marketplace is essential
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and developing talent
  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and growth hacking techniques
  • Proficient in A/B testing, and performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of product development processes and customer-centric design
  • Experience with CRM, data visualization tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and strategies effectively
