We are looking for an enthusiastic assembly operative to join our kitchen assembly team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare panels and components for assembly
  • Assemble kitchen components into complete kitchens, including use of clamps
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs
  • Assist in other areas of production required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Safe and efficient use of hand tools including hand held drills
  • Able to follow SOPs and work unsupervised
  • Able to problem solve and identify improvements to make the current situation easier, faster and safer
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions
  • Willing to go the extra mile for every single customer
  • Selfmotivated with a positive approach
  • A quick learner who's flexible and willing to help where needed
  • Ability to initiate and achieve challenging targets and work under pressure

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary:
£10.84-£11.50 per hour
