Cash Coordinator

Location:
Calverton, Nottingham / hybrid

Pay Rate:
£11.14ph

Hours: 36.25 hours Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm
Harper Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with an international wholesale business with an impressive brand portfolio.

What does the role involve:

  • Carrying out the correct allocation of cash, invoices and credit notes.
  • Processing all payments via Rimilia payment management system into SAP.
  • Posting payments and bank reconcilliation
  • Working closely with Treasury, Credit Controllers and Accountants
  • Evaluate and process refunds following customer request
  • Any other adhoc duties required in line with the expected level of capability for the role

Who are we looking for?:

  • Proactive positive attitude
  • Quick learner as you will simultaneously work & learn
  • Confident Microsoft Excel user including vlookups
