As a Practice Manager, your role will include:
- Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing highquality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
- Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
