We are looking for a practice manager to join our newly extended 7 surgery site in Woodbridge, Suffolk

You will be joining a well-established yet expanding team within a brand-new bespoke practice with all new top of the range equipment and scanners, which is the result of a £0.5M investment

The practice is fully staffed and offers huge potential to the new manager to help grow the private patient base

Located within a Business centre there is a full staff carpark on site and just a 10 minute walk from the bus stop and town centre, facilities also visit the site for sandwiches/snacks at lunchtime as well.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

  • Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing highquality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
