Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inputting numerous invoices into SAGE
- Matching purchase orders and receiving notes
- Obtaining and ensuring approval of invoices
- Assisting in daily email inbox management
- Reconciling statements and acquiring necessary documentation
- Handling supplier inquiries and escalating when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid experience in Purchase Ledger tasks
- Previous exposure to SAGE 50/ SAGE 200
- Proficient in using MS Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

This is a full-time role based in the office, offered on a permanent basis. The salary ranges up to £25k, depending on expertise.
