Requirements of the Strategic Transformation and Improvement Lead:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in leading strategic transformation and improvement initiatives within a children services setting or related field.
- Strong understanding of child welfare systems, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, process improvement, and project management.
