UCLH are looking for a Lead Nursing Information Officer to enable, promote, and support the effective use of data and technology within Nursing to improve health and healthcare delivery.

The Lead Nursing Information Officer (LNIO) will, along with the CNIO and other digital clinical leads drive digital innovation across the Trust.

They will champion the development of a productive and fit-for-the-future digital and data culture at UCLH.


The LNIO will support the cultural change required to adopt digital ways of working, while also supporting the quality improvement opportunities in adopting digital systems across the organisation i.e.

Office 365 tooling

Along with the CNIO, the Lead Nurse Information Officer (LNIO) will provide clinical and thought leadership on designing and adopting the Trust's informatics solutions to ensure the delivery of high-quality health and care services.

The LNIO will provide clinical advice and guidance, working collaboratively with key stakeholders including the Digital Midwife to ensure the appropriate and successful use of integrated knowledge to support good digital documentation practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to be part of a unique and proactive team, providing support for staff delivering direct patient care and the nursing and digital corporate teams.
