Responsibilities as Laundry Assistant:

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all laundry is cleaned and sorted according to the schedule established by the manager/owner.

They will also be responsible for performing daily housekeeping duties such as mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, etc. This position requires flexibility in hours and shift times due to the nature of the business.

This position is also responsible for opening and closing the laundry room on a daily basis as well as performing other duties as assigned.


  • A strong sense of integrity and honesty; they must be able to maintain confidentiality as well as support the company's mission when they are not being used in the office.
  • A positive attitude; they must be able to work with others as part of a team.
  • A passion for learning; they must be willing to take courses in housekeeping or wait staff basics to advance their knowledge and skill levels.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
