I am excited to be recruiting for a reputable and established business based in Diss, who are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst specialist to join their team Monday to Friday.


Your new role

My client is looking for a motivated applicant with the ability to hit the ground running, who will join a dedicated and friendly team who support stakeholders on a broad range of technical queries.


What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant to this job, you will have:

  • 1st/2nd Line Support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suit
  • Fix issues at first point of contact
  • Resolve tickets when/if needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability
