Looking to join a dynamic technology start-up based in Cambridge, UK? Our client specializes in creating Tunable RF Front Ends for wearables and mobile devices, aiming to simplify RF Front End Architectures through cutting-edge technology.

We are currently on the lookout for a talented Software Developer to take charge of developing and maintaining a sophisticated software suite for conducting RF measurements on intricate modules.

If you have a strong command of Python, experience in GUI development, and skills in test equipment interfacing, MIPI control, test automation, and optimization algorithms integration, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development and Maintenance:
    • Develop and manage Python applications.
    • Create a user-friendly GUI for the software suite.
    • Interface with various test equipment.
    • Implement MIPI control for RF module testing.
    • Automate test scripts for efficiency.
    • Process and manage large datasets effectively.
  • Integration and Optimization:

  • Security and Access Control:
    • Establish robust password protection measures.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python development.
  • Experience with GUI frameworks like PyQt and Tkinter.
  • Familiarity with test equipment interfacing.
  • Knowledge of MIPI control is a plus.
  • Understanding of RF measurements would be advantageous.

Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Python programming.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong data processing capabilities.
  • Ability to incorporate third-party libraries and algorithms.
