The post holder will be required to work within Established Maintenance Policies and Procedures across a range of disciplines, e.g.

Building, carpentry, glazing etc.

with mínimal supervision, to provide a quality, efficient, responsive, flexible & effective Estates service to the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, working as part of the Estates Department Team.


Or it might include days off to study, engage in CPD or rotational placements to help you hone your skills.
