About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Craftsperson to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Exeter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working within established maintenance policies and procedures across various disciplines, including building, carpentry, and glazing, with minimal supervision.

The post holder will provide a quality, efficient, responsive, flexible, and effective estates service to the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, working as part of the Estates Department Team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and a proven track record of working within established maintenance policies and procedures.

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
