As a Marketing Intern, you will be part of our dynamic Marketing Team and engage in three successive four-month rotations within our Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Integrated Campaign Teams.

You'll have the opportunity to work on live projects alongside industry experts, enabling you to acquire a diverse set of practical and technical skills.

In addition to hands-on learning experiences, you'll benefit from five personal development days, which can be used to enhance your skill set and industry knowledge.

We also encourage all our team members to make a positive impact in their local communities, by providing them with five fully paid days each year to engage in voluntary work, fundraising, or other charitable activities through the Sage Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

What will your role entail?

Product Marketing at Sage revolves around gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and sentiments, market size, trends, and competitive landscape. This knowledge is harnessed to develop ambitious Growth Plans, compelling Customer Value Propositions, and impactful Go-To-Market strategies that are innovative and result-oriented.

In Performance Marketing, the team is tasked with effectively planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital campaigns that drive engagement and demand, leading to new customer acquisition.

The Campaign Team crafts highly relevant and compelling digital programs to manage multi-media acquisition activities across various platforms such as display, social, programmatic, and search, aimed at boosting brand awareness and conversions throughout the marketing funnel.

The Integrated Campaigns Team is responsible for devising integrated campaigns tailored to Sage's products and Regional Markets, based on inputs from Marketing Strategy and Product Marketing teams. This involves utilizing various inputs like Customer Segmentation, Econometrics, Growth Plans, and Go-To-Market strategies to create impactful campaigns spanning the entire advertising funnel and other relevant marketing channels.

Successful candidates will progress to the assessment center shortlist stage. This full-day virtual event, scheduled between June and July, provides you with an excellent platform to showcase your talents and skills through a combination of team and individual activities. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities and stand out.
